I re-define “selling” as:

“Providing evidence to someone to take advantage of an idea, concept, product, or service that is in their best interest.”

Evidence, truth, facts, candor, honesty, sincerity, genuine, accuracy are the only words or tactics any salesperson should ever use.

Persuade, coax, induce, convince, intice and dare I say…Sell, should be eliminated from your vernacular and your presentation process.
